Background
Robert is a JD/MBA graduate from the
University of San Francisco and holds an Economics degree from the
University of California, San Diego.
Mr. Gordon's practice focuses on estate planning. His interest in estate planning developed because of his own personal experience. When he was 7 years old he lost his father to cancer who was just 42 years old at the time. With the help of an estate planning attorney, his father, established a well planned trust for his two children that specifically assisted with his young boys education expenses.
With the diligent oversight of the trustee, some hard work and credit to their mother, his two children were able to use the education trust created by their father to their advantage, both of his children used the education trusts established to continue with their education and received graduate degrees.
Mr. Gordon's detail oriented method for drafting wills and trusts,
which he tailors to meet each client’s unique situation will ensure the protection of your assets. Whether you are a traditional family, blended family,
single parent or individual, your values and assets are worth
preserving and passing on to those you love.
Currently, Mr. Gordon and his wife Athena reside in Sutter Creek, California. He was born and raised in Sacramento, California and also maintains an office there.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Gordon and his wife own and run an Inn located in Amador County. The Hanford House Inn situated on main Street in historic downtown Sutter Creek.
